Pre - Primary - Fun - Fun The Pre-Primary years are the first step to formal education. We understand that the parents and the child bonds are tested. We make our school fun, dependable, predictable and trustworthy. The curriculum at preprimary is also holistic. The children have sports, art, lifeskills too. For example, they develop hand-eye co-ordination, sports, rythm, music and dance and learn right postures with yoga. Theme plays as a way of delivering concepts and confidence is another tool of the program. This stage includes Gurglers, LKG, UKG, Montessori 1, 2 and 3 Fun Environment : Even though KENSRI's curriculum is demanding the teachers have been encouraged and supported to make the school fun. Harmonization : The school's commitment is to be secular and inclusive. This philosophy has some inherent strengths and weaknesses. As the children come from different backgrounds the school expects to harmonize the children. The harmonization is accomplished with the class teacher having a good knowledge of the child's family and home. A schedule : Parents and children are encouraged to get into a routine during the school days, while fun would also accomplish the curriculum requirement. Talent scouting : The teachers and parents are encouraged to help the child explore and communicate their interests. By the end of this stage the main sport has to be selected by the parents for the kid with the help of the coaches.Gurglers KENSRI School realizes the pressure and efforts involved in being a mother. We have devised a unique “KENSRI SCHOOL GURGLERS PROGRAMME”. This helps an infant (6 months to 2 years) to acclimatize him/her to our school’s environment together with the help of a strong support system consisting of his/her mother and grandparents. This unique programme would help new mothers regain their fitness, gain additional skills, learn parenting techniques in a relaxed atmosphere. Would be mothers are also welcome to join the programme. The programme will be held every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the new mother and child. It would be highly beneficial if grandparents also took part in this. It is designed to provide fun activities like playing with innovative toys, sand pits, and graffiti - under the constant supervision of trained and caring hands. The programme will provide reliable female assistants to take care of the little ones activities like reading, walking while the mother enjoys Yoga, Meditation and fitness. There will be a provision made for the child to take a nap during the session. Lectures on parenting for mothers will be arranged and would be conducted by experienced child and parent counselors.KENSRI MONTESSORI SYSTEM is for training children in academic studies, with the help of educational materials. It is a revolutionary method of observing and supporting the natural development of children. Montessori educational practice helps children develop creativity, problem solving, social and time-management skills, to contribute to society and the environment, and to become fulfilled persons in their particular time and place on Earth. The basis of Montessori practice in the classroom is respected individual choice of research and work, and uninterrupted concentration rather than group lessons led by an adult. It encourages hands on activity and sensorial method of teaching. |
