DRAMA

Drama the very name evokes wonder awe, reverence .The term Drama comes from a greek word meaning “action” which is derived from to do.  Drama is a specific mode of fiction represented in performance .The primary purpose of Drama is mainly entertainment.  There are different types of drama like tragedy, comedy, Farce, Fantasy, Melodrama ,Historical etc.

If we look at drama from the educational point of view it helps in developing many facets of a child’s personality.  It gives a child a platform to exhibit his hidden talents for someone who is that confident enough it makes them more outspoken, removes inhibitions, stage fear, teach them to organize his ideas, improves his presentation skills and in turn helping him in his academics and other spheres of life.
